1. Services and scope

My services are designed to support clinicians with career and life transitions, decision-making, positioning, and next-step planning.

They are not medical care, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, or crisis support, and do not create a doctor–patient relationship. Nothing provided should be taken as medical advice.

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

2. Booking and payment

• Prices are in AUD unless stated otherwise.

• Bookings are made via Squarespace Scheduling (Acuity).

• Payments are processed via Stripe. I do not store full card details.

• Your booking is confirmed once payment (or any required deposit) is successfully processed.

3. Rescheduling and cancellation (24-hour policy)

You may reschedule or cancel your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend (“no-show”), the session fee is forfeited and the session is not refundable (except where required by Australian Consumer Law).

If you are late, the session will still end at the scheduled time and cannot be extended.

4. Refunds

I do not offer refunds for change of mind or where you decide not to proceed, except where required by Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer guarantees or other rights you may have under ACL.

5. Deliverables and timelines

If your booking includes deliverables (e.g., a written summary or next-step plan), these are provided for personal use and are intended to support clarity and next steps. Any timelines are indicative and depend on your context and follow-through.

6. Confidentiality

I treat what you share as confidential and do not share your information except:

• with your consent,

• where required by law, or

• where disclosure is necessary to prevent a serious and imminent threat to life, health, or safety.

7. Intellectual property

All materials I provide (including frameworks, documents, templates, and written summaries) remain my intellectual property unless otherwise stated. You may use them for your personal use, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them without my written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information shared during sessions or from your decisions and actions.

Where liability cannot be excluded under ACL, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Changes to these Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
